Who we are

Raby Estates is a family-owned business and operates in Shropshire and County Durham.

The Shropshire estate is situated between Shrewsbury and Telford consisting of fully equipped let farms where our tenants run farming businesses from, cottages where people make their homes and a holiday let where people stay to relax.

The aim for the Shropshire Estate is to develop a sense place, providing work opportunities, living, including affordable homes, creating spaces for people to visit, learn and exercise to help with the health and wellbeing of people in the county, producing food and looking after our environment.

Our reputation is extremely important and as custodians of the Raby Estate we respect our heritage, build for today and invest for the future generations.
