Who are we?
Atchams is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We provide advice on all types of rural and residential property. David Lancaster and Gareth Lay are Directors of the company and have over 30 years combined experience of working in the property sector. They have specialist knowledge in estate management, landlord and tenant, valuations, utilities work including access and rights over land.
